A great little place in the middle of nowhere. I love this place. It's clean, and a great breakfast/lunch stop with really good specials. Don't pass this place up if you are passing through.

Part-Time:

Long Creek Mercantile/Café is seeking a highly motivated team player. Someone who is flexible, reliable and who will share our mission to deliver high-quality food and an outstanding dining experience. We will consider those with and without experience. In preparation for the upcoming busy seasons, those without experience, we are looking to start part-time training as soon as possible to get you acclimated to Long Creek Mercantile/Café’s way of doing business.

Cook Tasks:

Prepare all food items in a timely, efficient, sanitary, and consistent manner.

Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.

Ensure quality and safety of food by performing standard and any additional sanitary measures including sweeping of the floors, cleaning of surfaces, as well as proper covering and storage of food items according to standards and procedures.
